As I said, lets all get shameless and vote congress. So hear we are..
Again putting more dough into the hands that never deliver, or should
i say, the hands which have the most consistent record of not
delivering. 'Pranabda, where's the vision?' asked a headline in TOI.
People would have forgotten super procrastinating ways of the
congress, thanks to the nation being spared from a full blown cong
rule, for more that 10 years.. Not setting firm targets is she best
way to keep justify non-performance later on. The BEST way to thank
the electorate and give them exactly what they asked for is to bring
back the glorious days of opaque governance. And this budget puts us
well on our way to those days.. What's more? They justify their
proposed, non-transparent, passive and stagnant governance(simply put,
all the chori they're gonna do in the year to come), by saying that
budgets don't include declaration of policy matters..! Wow.. That's
what you call, "ek to com chori, uspe seena zori!!!"

MAMMA 'N' PAPA LIED TO US!

Ya! Remember all those times at school when you never used to study? Parents used to go on ranting.. 'work hard now! One should work hard as a student, So u can enjoy all life long later.' Bull. When a friend of mine recently asked me if Im enjoying in Delhi.. I gave him a lecture.. You do enjoy somewhat, but nothing like student days.. It doesn't matter where you are.. One can truly enjoy only as a student..1s u start work.. Aah.. Its all run off the mill. So there you go all kiddos in school.. Don't buy that crap about hard working students. Go out n enjoy! Squeeze every bit outta this time you got. As another friend of mine wrote in his facebook profile a while ago, 'there's nothing like college life. When else do your parents shell out thousands of rs. Jus for you to go to a strange place and get drunk every night!' Of course, after accusing parents of lying.. You've gotta give them the due credit. Right?

CHAMPION ABUSER, DALIT KI BETI.. WANT SOME PAPPI??

Yeah that's exactly why I get enraged at the thought of Maya getting the top job. Because she is Dalit ki beti. Call me a communal exploitative Brahmin.. but a Dalit ki beti becoming PM is an absolute disgrace. Why? Because electorate vote for her, because she is Dalit, because she is a female.. in a nutshell, gimme her caste, gimme a sex, screw merit.

I remember a godforsaken communist from Tamil Nadu(I'll soon remember the name) once asked on a TV debate while advocating reservations, Why do you have this prejudice, that people from lower castes can never score good marks? His passionate question was actually a retort to a poor hapless and concerned lady from the audience who said that, When she goes in for a critical operation, she wants to be sure that the doc became a surgeon on merit and not because of his caste. You can have your own judgement on that.

Vote for her cos she's a female? In my view, there can hardly be a worse way to disgrace the female kind. If you can please pickup one of the Sunday additions of the Times of India from last month. In the cover article of Times Life, a woman asks, Why can't you just take me for a person? Why do I always have to be a woman? When all that matters is my merit and not my sex. Again you decide.

Now, lets talk about Maya memsaab's merit. You don't have entrance exams and cutoff's in politics (every one's invited). But you can always judge their Karma. And a look at the track record of Maya will show you, one can hardly contest the fact that she's the champion of abuse of power. The ease with which she slams cases and the way she invoked NSA on Varun is a striking and potentially lethal attack on the legal system of India. My Social Studies teacher had once taught me in school that the Judiciary of this country especially the Supreme Court is what has kept democracy afloat and breathing in this country. I'm afraid if this wretched female increases her influence at the centre, she might perpetually damage both the Judiciary and the Election Commission.

In fact inspired by Sanju Baba, I thought what would happen if he or me, my utter distatste for her notwithstanding, actually went on to give her a Jhappi and a Pappi? ..eeeek! First of all she might do a Rakhi-Mika scene. Might just give her consent initially, so she could get some political mileage out of it later. And then, in true Maya style, might slap a rape case on me!! The problem is, if the accusation is somehow proved in the Supreme Court, I myself would commit suicide without waiting for any judgement to pass!

Yaaaak.. still can't believe I cooked that up.. Sanju c'mon man, even Bapu would think twice before displaying the least bit of affection for her.

LETS GET SHAMELESS AND VOTE CONGRESS TO POWER

And you thought only our politicians can take a U turn on issues and be hypocrites? Hah.. I can go 1 better. I'll tell you why we should vote for the congress. First the congress has a long tradition of rendering India spineless.. from Jawahar Lal Nehru to Manmohan Singh. Suits us doesn't it? After all keeping a straight spine and a stiff posture is quite tough. So we can go ahead with the grand preparations of playing second fiddle to China under congress rule, or better still, become a Chinese Colony with Karat and co. at the helm. We should vote for congress as we haven't had enough terrorist attacks. Not that BJP disappointed us on that front, but Congress' hospitality to terrorists has been par excellence. And when I speak of terrorism, I include everything, first the naxal (as they're homegrown) and then the external fundamentalists. Its a federal manner of facilitating terrorism. At center the Congress softens the legal deterrence, so these bastards have the balls to go about their dirty monkey business all across the country, while at state level all Congress ruled states prove to be the safest havens for terrorists and their arsenal. Perhaps even safer than the Durand line these days. AP, Maharashtra, and even Delhi. We should vote for congress because, c'mon admit it, we love to procrastinate. So much for the Rural Employment Program, which has been consistently falling extremely short of targets each year with an incremental difference. That, the figures while ground realities show that workers haven't even got their meager Rs,100 a day wage since 2-3 months. Get lost you Congress morons, the poor can get better jobs on they're own provided the great private entrepreneurial efforts today's India can reach the really needy villages. But how can Congress let that happen? The PM's Rural Road Development Program persued aggressively by the NDA government, which set India up for some inevitable growth in the years to follow, has also consistently shrinked in scale ever since the Congress ka haath took over. We should vote for congress because we love getting humiliated in the International Community. Or rather we're not even aware of the happenings out there, which gives congress the balls to stand up and talk about 'common man'. From the External affairs minister who resigned to the Home minister who resigned, epitome of disgrace. And now you have mister Quatrochi escaping scott free. And remember the CBI's humiliation in Argentina when they tried to nab him? Please don't get me wrong, I love Italians, and definitely do accept Sonia as an Indian. But, then why do I feel that she must've been dating Quatrochi before ourman Rajiv stepped into the frame? ;) Am kiddin, but no sensible brain can deny some connection. And you see that's why we should vote for Congress, cos they're the lone keepers of our undying traditions, 'Family before the Nation!'. And finally we should vate for the Congress as the 'Congress ka haath' reminds us that we're the mere subjects of the family, whose blessings we seek to have a life in this country. They're the party of the 'Aam Aadmi', a threat to India more grave that any terrorist. India is doomed so long as Indians don't realize that no 'Aadmi' is 'aam'. And Congress you must vote for, if you don't want to become 'khas' from 'aam', if you are the loyal subject and not sovereign.

SPANKING NEW BRAND OF ATTACKS! MODERN URBAN WARFARE, NOW IN INDIA!!
Yes its new! But look at it instantaneously, 'people running around in downtown Mumbai pelting grenades and firing AK47s, run out of primary ammo? make do with handguns', its nothing but a small scale enactment of how the Red army would've driven Nazis out of Warsaw, the script just going wrong about the conclusion, India successfully holds on to Mumbai.. or so it appears. The funniest part being, the made in India side of the story. Think of it, some of the attackers might have even voted in an election along with us!!
Going forward, enter new age weapons and technology, and we'll have the opportunity to witness modern urban warfare in a nearby neighborhood. I'm not going to write anything constructive. I'm busy, as well as pissed at the same time, so use my writing as nothing but a vent. Assuming that this new breed of terrorists are as relentless as the normal bomb blasters, we could well agree that we're perpetually at war. Cut the crap about everyone at war with terror all the time.. this is proper war you know.. grenades AKs and all? Correction, we're always on the defensive. OK lets be frank, we lag behind in our own defence. We don't even defend ourselves, we wait to be punched in our face and hold a first aid box in one hand, "READY TO MEET ANY EVENTUALITY!!". Yes that's what a shameless politician just shouted from the tube!
So why cry about the economic dowturn and a growth rate less than 8%?? After all at 6% we'll still hold the record for the highest wartime economic growth in history! And i'm sure this record'll stand unbeaten into eternity. As we can do what no one else can. Just don't give a dam when Indians die, atleast NOT before they die, you'll save up enough to post a wartime growth.
This might be the most pethetic blog i've ever written but it gives me immense pleasure and satisfaction.

SO THEY CAN BLAST AGAIN / THE DOVE IS KILLIN EVERYONE

I took her out, it was a Friday night
I wore Cologne, to get the feeling right
We started making out, and she took off her pants
But then bomb blast behind me

And that's about the time they made a ghost of me
Indians shouldn't take their lives so seriously.. Wat
ever happened to national security
Compassion is hypocrisy
And they say i should take it chill
So they can blast again
So they can blast again

Then later on, they wanna try phone
They called a mob, from a paid phone
The f****in circuit closed, the detonator charged
They'd all the marbles n the keels

And that's about the time they praised The One who weeps
Indians shouldn't take their lives so seriously.. Wat
ever happened to national security
THE DOVE IS KILLIN EVERYONE
But we won't go strangle Laden
So they can blast again
So they can blast again

And that's what the status quo does to me
Cos I do take my life seriously
Can't have'em doin their thing in my home
THE DOVE IS KILLIN EVERYONE
But we won't kill'em in their camp
So they can blast again
So they can blast again

So they can blast again

Another Set of Serial Blasts! This time in Delhi. Another song I reworded.. this Blink182 number's was a wierd target for me to reword. But for some reasons it just had to be this one.

I'm freaked out n frustrated..

Again referring to the absolutely pusillanimous international security policy I'm now more hopeless and less optimistic than what i was while writing 'WHOM ARE WE KIDDING?'. I've chosen this happy punk song cos first of all the recurrence of the attacks is well reflected in th recurring "SO THEY CAN BLAST AGAIN" and also i feel the contrast between the feel of the music and that of the lyrics i've put in, is striking. This difference i hope brings out how cheap n easy it is to take Indian lives.

In a faint hope that next time we vote, we talk politics, we write or express our views in any dam fashion, do anything socially significant.. We have national Security at the top of our minds.

Huh.. Guess i should try writing songs now rather than reword them..

GET IT RIGHT BEFORE LATE, IT'S INDIA OR CHINA NOT INDIA AND CHINA

I would like to start this reply quoting our Finance Minister Mr. Chidambaram. He said "Some people in India do not want India to b ahead of China". My friends please.. its my humble request, we the people of India need to realize that the greatest threat to India today is from China. China is our greatest, strongest, meanest, and most hazardous enemy ever. Its common Indian mentality to hate the people who are at the top, who dictate terms because of their success. USA is one such country which, like any other successful country is trying to control world affairs. India has always held its own turf against USA.

1. We snubbed USA when it came to protecting our farmers at the
WTO on the issue of farm subsidies.

2. We have always been vocally against USA on the issue of attacking Iran.

Now lets examine another excerpt from the mail
i got: "USA does not like the amicable relationship between India-Iran and also India-China. If India-China relationship gets stronger, then both these can rule the Eastern Part of the Globe which USA wants to break as pertheir divide & rule."

This part of this communist propaganda is nothing but a personification of hypocrisy.
It is impossible to divide India and China any further. China has always acted like our enemy and still does. I'll show you how:

1. Any man women or child who says "I'M PROUD TO BE AN INDIAN" will never take China for a friend. Last time we befriended them they replied with a war which has still scarred our nation with deep divisions in Tibet
and the north east. It was a slap so bad no one, with any dignity can forget. Its simple.. "IF YOU FEEL ANY DIGNITY IN BEING AN INDIAN YOU'LL NEVER THINK OF INDIA AND CHINA AS FRIENDS. CHINA IS OUR ENEMY. PERIOD."

2. Everyone knows we could have won the war with our superior air force. But Nehru the coward visionary got scared and left the North East to fend for itself. Ever since that time China has supported the Junta in Burma and use it as a potential base against India. They build logistic support there and maintain military capacity in a clandestine fashion, they're also building ports and canals there to get access to the Bay of Bengal. They have always supported Pakistan, Maoists supported by China are gaining ground in Nepal like never before, they own Myanmar from all practical and strategic perspectives, now they're building ports close to Andaman and as far as Sri Lanka and increasing their influence around India."CHINA IS ENCIRCLING INDIA IN A VERY THREATENING WAY" If we still don't wake up.. India will forever be a Subordinate to China, like UK is to USA, ever since its misadventures at Suez.

3. CHINA CLAIMS SIKKIM. If you don't know, they refused to give Visas to Sikkim
IAS officers as they claim Sikkim is theirs and Sikkim residents need no Visa to travel to China.

4. CHINA IS INHUMAN. I don't even need to elaborate on this. Go search the net and you'll find how communists in general and China in particular fare in Human Rights. So far as Government is concerned CHINA KNOWS NO RELIGION, NO DIGNITY FOR HUMANITY, NO DECENCY, to say the least. Any religious buildings preserved are only for the sake of tourism. How Cheap can you get?!

5. CHINA IS IRRESPONSIBLE TOWARDS MOTHER NATURE. You'll get ample info on this too. It'll also serve well to
prove that we cannot afford to increase the production of thermal power any further.. Its unethical.. Its suicidal. Global warming (of which China is the leading cause) will soon cause Gangotri and with it Ganga to vanish!!

6. CHINA ATTACKS INDIA IN ANY CHEAP WAY POSSIBLE. IT'S DIVERTING WATER FROM BRAHMAPUTRA
TO STOP INDIA TO GET AMPLE WATER SUPPLY. When north east's development is hurdled.. the divisive sentiments are used against Indian intigrity.

7. CHINA IS AGAINST ANYTHING SYMBOLIZING INDIA. China is the only country in the world that supports TIGER SKIN TRADE. China wants our national animal extinct. It has stooped low enough to actively support hunting and trade of tigers hunted inside our national reserves. This could be controlled only when
Dalai Lama appealed to Tibetans.

I think its enough to break any illusions one might have about India and China prospering together " to rule the eastern world!!!" LAUGHS :D

Coming to Nuclear deal.

1. Our military purpose reactors will not under any IAEA scanner whatsoever. We're not dependent on USA for fuel. We have lots of suppliers like France, Australia, New Zealand to choose from.. including Russia(Keep that in mind).

2. Do you realize what this deal means? We will be the only nation outside the NSG to have supply of Nuclear fuel and technology while we rightfully pursue our military nuclear program. Its a vindication o
f India being the most responsible Nuclear weapons state.

3. Safety of fuel supply. There's every provision for India to stockpile nuclear fuel. We can develop a contingency stock for our reactors, which can be used if India does Nuclear tests, and if any country unintelligently decides to stop supplies. After all this, if the deal is broken, who cares, we can even use this fuel to develop weapons. No one can dictate terms to India in such a scenario. As such it'll be very bad business sense to stop supplies.. even if India does a nuclear test.

4. Don't you see the opportunity?! Why do you think USA wants the nuclear deal. There's no oil in India for American companies to exploit. India has only 1 greatest resource in the world. They want to exploit India's abundant cheap labor. Which the IT sector already facilitates in India and the manufacturing industry, in China. NOW.. Remember America is all about the capitalist interests of its companies. American nuclear companies, through this deal would be hoping to develop cheap technology in Asia rather than expensive productuion in America. This is impossible in China, their only remaining option? India.
Ones production facilities are established in India.. India will be the cheapest provider of nuclear technology in the world. We will then be the people laying sanctions not recieving them. DO YOU REALIZE THE STATURE OF INDIA IN THE WORLD THEN? You don't become a superpower through sheer hard work. You need to be smart.

AFTER ALL THIS.. IT'S CLEAR:

1. BOTH U.S. AND CHINA ARE RIGHT IN FLEXING THEIR MUSCLE AGAINST POTENTIAL ADVERSARIES. ITS WE WHO NEED TO STOP ACTING FOOLISH AND REALIZE THAT THE THREAT IS FROM CHINA NOT U.S.A.

2. U.S.A NEEDS US MORE THAN WE NEED THEM.. WE HAVE MANY OPTIONS.. THEY DON'T.

3. CHINA AND INDIA ARE BOTH RISING, AND ONLY ONE OF US WILL SURVIVE TO WORLD SUPREMACY.. ITS A FIGHT TO DEATH.

INDIA'S POWER WILL GROW ONLY AND ONLY WHEN CHINA'S POWER WILL BE FULLY OR PARTLY DESTROYED

WAKE UP!!!!!

WHOM ARE WE TRYING TO FOOL? WE AREN'T 1 BIT RESILIENT.. WE'RE JUST NOT BOTHERED, WAITING TO BE BLOWN APART

One more blast and we've got the intelligent Bangalorean reiterating that we're resilient and won't be bothered by such cowardly acts. We almost claim victory by 'not being scared'. Agreed scaring us is the prime aim of terrorism in general. But to complete the whole story.. We ain't scared, that is, until we or someone we love is blown away, in one of these blasts which we, by our own (sometimes proudly) admitted resilience, have accepted to be a norm of life in India. Loose a limb in this blast and you'll be scared for the rest of your sad life.. but if the blast didn't let Venkat Babu complete his snack at Gokul Chat... hmm.. no I'm not scared, I'm 'resiliently' NOT BOTHERED! By the way, i really can't expect a lot many people to remember Gokul Chat.. After all we're so proudly amnesiatic about terrorist attacks on our nation, we're so not bothered when Indian lives are lost. This is the absolute and grim reality of our public perception which we're dubious enough to brand as the "never say die spirit" of the Mumbaikar and the "resilience" of the Bangalorean.

Fine, so we can't be not bothered.. Done- I'm angry at all these attacks, matched in their regularity only by the fall of wickets in the Indian batting lineup. So what do I do? Cancel my plan t hit Elevate tonight? No! I could start by at least cutting the crap about not being bothered. I could believe that collectively we could all act to make terrorist attacks at least a rarity if not history. We could agree that we and our indifference to the whole scenario has some part to play in today's blast. We could all express our opinion in ways even more effective than writups or blogs like these.. Anything that would make national security an issue.. a "Chunaavi Muddaa".

Lets face it.. We as public find a lot of issues more important than National Security. This, in an amazing organic democracy like ours has translated into a pathetic and shamefully reactive international/security policy rather than a proactive one, in existence, I would say, ever since the days of Nehru (remember the sweet memories of the crushing defeat to Mao?- i wasn't even born then). We the junta where no one is aam have to take strong steps towards spreading awareness that National Security and a more aggressive international policy are the most alarming national needs to be addressed by us, the Nation, today. This threat today is as dangerous from China as eternal it has been from the fundamentalist forces. Sadly, both these threats are increasingly finding agents in Indians (Bangalore attack could be a made in India). I find it prudent to quote Chidambaram here.. "There are some people in the country who do not want India to catch up with China. They do not want India to be ahead of China,". I do not wish to get diverted, but you see Naxals are as big a threat to Indian lives as the fundamentalist terrorist groups. Yes we are being soft on all anti Indian elements.. But we are a democracy and we can today, change this by putting the right issues in perspective. But for that to happen we first have to be... yeah.. BOTHERED!

WHERE IS THE PRIDE??

2 Women molested on new year's eve in Mumbai and the Police chief was in with some inspirational words:

He termed it "just an offence", and asked the media not to "blow the case out of proportion", adding that TV channels and newspapers were "itching for something like this to happen."

add to that..
"I cannot post a cop to police every man in the city. These things can happen anywhere, even right here where we are,"
.
Next,
Terrorists attack Indian Army barracks and the police official in charge says: "Sometimes they succeed, as sometimes we do."
.
.
Ultimately, I feel, the failure at work isn't as incredible as is the attitude itself! An attitude that is so accommodating of failure! These incidents took place in two different parts of the country and we all know this attitude isn't limited to cops alone. All we ought to ask ourselves is, WHERE IS THE PRIDE?
